The following was lovingly 
written by Phyllis' family...

Phyllis Rae (Smith) Prather 
was born on March 16, 1938, in Jennings, OK &
 left this life on August 30, 2024, in Mannford, OK 
at the age of 86. 
 She was the daughter of 
Henderson Smith and Cordi (Price) Smith.  
Phyllis was the baby of nine children 
and is the last remaining survivor.  
Throughout her life Phyllis was passionate
 about her family, friends, 
sports (especially OU), and animals.  
She will be greatly missed by 
the many that loved her.

She was proceeded in death by her parents
 and also by her sunshine, her Loyd Boy.  
She is also proceeded in death by her siblings 
and their spouses along with
 numerous nephews, nieces and friends.

She is survived by her daughter, 
Twila Prather of Mannford, OK. 
Granddaughter Angie Carter and 
her husband Harold of Cushing, OK. 
 Grandson Jake Prather and
 his wife Christina of Olive, OK. 
Granddaughter Danielle Nichols and 
her husband Jim of Bartlesville, OK 
and granddaughter 
Whitney Floyd of Mannford. 
 Also, great grandchildren: 
Mac Ramsey, Josh Carter, Wyatt Carter,
 Emily Prather, Chase Nichols, 
Bennett Nichols and Grace Carter.
