Pamela Jaylene Ruggles
Devoted Mother and Nana


Pamela "Pam" Jaylene Ruggles, 60, 
went home to be with Jesus on 
September 18, 2025, 
at her daughter's home, 
surrounded by loved ones.


Pam was born on July 26, 1965,
 in Tulsa, Oklahoma, 
to Almon Ruggles and Margaret Crugar. 
She was lovingly raised by Bill Crugar,
 the man she called and knew as Dad.


Pam later moved to Phoenix, Arizona, 
where she welcomed four children:
 Kyle, Aaron, Krystal, and Michelle. 
Shortly after, she returned to Oklahoma, 
where she met her better half, 
Gary Leatherwood.
 Together they built a life in 
Mannford, Oklahoma, 
where she resided for many years.



Pam was a devoted mother and grandmother 
who cherished her family deeply. 
She is survived by her only
 living brother of (13) Earl (Ruggles);
 her children Kyle (Ruggles), 
Aaron (Westbay)and spouse Nichole, 
Krystal and husband Marc (Brown), 
and Michelle and husband Mikey(Sloan); 
grandchildren Tyson, Savanna, Hailey, Jr.,
 Tj., Nevaeh, Nadia, Ona, Payton, and Caleb; 
along with numerous nieces, 
nephews, and cousins.



She is preceded in death by
 her parents Bill and Margie Crugar, 
numerous brothers and sisters, 
grandchildren Dustyn and Kaiden,
 and her beloved 
other half, Gary Leatherwood.


Pam will be remembered for her love, 
her strength, and the devotion
 she poured into her family.
 Her legacy lives on in the hearts of all 
who knew and loved her.
