at The First Baptist Church Of Rolling Hills (Catoosa, OK)
in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
At the family's request, Opal was cremated
and her cremains will be cared for by her family.
Memorial Gifts may be given to
The Baptist Children's Home 12700 E. 76th St. No.
Owasso, OK 74055, in Opal's memory.
