~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
The following was lovingly written by Marty's family...
Martha “Marty” Conradi Prickett
 was born in Hitchcock, Oklahoma
on April 29, 1940 to
Carl Conradi and Martha Winter Conradi.
She was the youngest of 4 children, two sisters and one brother.
Her family lived in Watonga, where she went to school
 and met Dan Prickett when he asked her to the prom.
She said yes, even though she barely knew him and had no idea they would be
spending the rest of their lives together.
Dan and Marty married on August 8, 1958 in Watonga.
Their first child, Tamara “Tammy” Leigh
was born September 30, 1959 in Watonga.
 Dan’s job moved them several times over the next
few years around Texas, Oklahoma and
Kansas until they finally settled in Mannford in 1967.
Baby #2, Daniel Bradford, was born September 19, 1967 in Tulsa.
They lived in Mannford until 1975 when they purchased land and
 built a home south of town on highway 48. This is where
they lived the rest of their lives.
They attended First Baptist Church and
Lakeside Baptist Church in Mannford for all their years together.
They enjoyed travel, country life and spending time with family.
Marty loved working in her flower beds, caring for her Cannas and other flowers.
And she loved a good shish-k-bob.
She loved decorating her home for Christmas which included an amazing tree with
the electric train around the bottom of it.
 We were never completely sure if that was for the
grandchildren or for Dan.
She spent her life caring for him, to the very end of his life.
Marty was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother.
We will miss her. Her giggle, her
wonderful stories and her unconditional love to each and every one of us.
We all would probably agree that her prayers
 kept some of us out of trouble and, quite possibly, kept some of us alive.
Tammy and her husband, Wayne Heyne, live in Haskell. They have five grandchildren and one
great grandchild. Brad and his wife, Jeri, live on highway 48.
They have five children and nine grandchildren.
Marty is preceded in death by her husband, Dan Prickett,
her parents, 2 sisters and one brother.
