The following was lovingly written by Kevin's Family...

Kevin Russell Brown, former landscaper, celebrated his Heavenly birthday on January 13, 2020. He was surrounded by family and friends when he succumbed to cirrhosis late Monday night at the Skiatook Nursing Home.

Born on February 4, 1968 and raised in Kansas City, KS, Kevin arrived in Cleveland, OK, in 2006 and has been a resident until his death. Kevin was an outdoorsman who enjoyed fishing and being at the lake. He also enjoyed KU basketball, Kansas City Chiefs football, music, and art. He was most proud of his own amazing artwork which he crafted on paper, canvas, and the KC Chiefs logo on a friend's garage door (by request) in his old neighborhood in Kansas City.

He will be remembered for his big smile, kind heart, love of music and sense of humor.

Kevin was preceded in death by his father, Ira Russell Brown, maternal grandparents, H.F. and Helen Madden, and paternal grandparents, James "Babe" and Lorene Brown. Kevin is survived by his mother, Pauline Brown; sisters, Kelly Brown; Terry Graham and her husband Doug; nephews, Jeremy Graham (Jade), Steven Graham (Amanda) and Michael Barajas. Great nephews, Tatum, Wyatt, and Landon and Great niece Mia along with several family and friends.

A memorial service will be held in the Spring, and Kevin will be laid to rest at Pleasant Hill cemetery in Leadmine, MO. Family and friends will be notified when arrangements have been confirmed for the service. The family would like to ask that in lieu of flowers, please make a donation to your local Mental Health organizations in Kevin's name.
