~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
All of the following was lovingly
written by Judi's family...
In lieu of flowers,
the family hopes that you take a few minutes
and enjoy your favorite sweets
in memory of our Judi.
Our loved Judi was a citizen
of Big Spring,
graduate of the Steers
and a graduate of the
Big Spring Valtai
Reeves
School of Hairdressing
that earned her a lifetime career
of "doing hair" for over 45 years.
Our
Judi spent countless
hours on her feet "doing hair"
to make her customers
feel pretty, handsome and
kiddie cute and always accepted
the affordable payment with love.
Devoting her heartfelt
service to the
end,
literally to the end,
she would follow her
customer's last wishes
to "doing hair" and
sometime
makeup for her "ladies".
Our Judi loved any purpose
for a good time, a party,
dancing and for sure
the holiday seasons!
Always a
great host for lots
of fun at beauty shop with
her Halloween costume dress
up day with all the fun
'scary' foods that everyone would bring!
OOHHH and the week before
Christmas celebration, all the
yummy holiday snacks
and the big finale on
the last workday of Christmas!
Her biggest yearly hope was
for a west Texas winter
was for "a big enough snow"
that she could make a
SNOW ANGEL or maybe two.
During our Judi's life of 76 years
and one month,
she was blessed with
her family, her son Mike,
a few
ex's in Texas resulting
with a beautiful blended family,
a few in-laws and out-laws
along the way, a long
thread of friends
along the way,
ending her journey
in the love shared
with Ms. Kendra Rutledge, Ms.
Billee Ivy, Ms. Caroline Wiley, Ms. Mary
and a handful of special lifelong friends,
Judy Moore (gone too
soon),
Shirley Hewett, Sue Ward,
Tonja McDonald and her
amazing forever
Sweetheart Randy
Lewis.
For every beginning
there will be an end…
Thanks to those who hurt me,
you made me a stronger person.
Thanks to those who forgave me,
when I hurt you, I felt peace.
Thanks to those who loved me,
you made my heart bigger.
Thanks to those who cared,
you made me feel important.
Thanks to those who worried,
you let me know that you care.
Thanks to those who left,
you showed me that not
everything is forever.
Thanks to those who stayed,
you showed me the
meaning of true friends.
Thanks to those who
entered my life,
you helped me become
the person I am today.
Thanks to those who
stood by me and
tried to understand me
through my journey of Alzheimer
THANK YOU ALL FOR BEING
A PIECE OF MY PUZZLE
IN THIS LIFE!!!
Mom, with so much love,
these words seem to
bring your life to a complete circle!
ENDLESS LOVE
AND FOREVER MISSED….
UNTIL WE MEET AGAIN!!!
