Johnie Lee Harmer beloved husband, father, grandfather, great grandfather

Johnie was born in Glencoe, OK in the house his grandparents built after they came in the land rush.
He attended Lone Chimney school, Pawnee High School and graduated from Maramec High School.
He went to work at Boeing Aircraft in Wichita then MacDonald Douglas in Tulsa.
Johnie was drafted into the Army and was stationed in
Bakersfield, Ca where he worked on early drone technology.
The Army sent him to Spartan School of Aeronautics.
After his discharge he returned to MacDonald Douglas where he worked 45 years.
After retirement he was a driving force in establishing D.L. Harmer & Company.
Johnie married Lela Skinner in 1958 and was married for 58 years until Lela's passing.
Johnie and Lela had 2 girls, Debbie and Kim, who were their world.
No girls could have asked for more loving, kind and devoted parents.
They had 6 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren
who adored their Nanny and Pa, who thought they hung the moon.
Johnie was a great Dad, granddad, great granddad,
