Inez Jean Juby, 86, of Wichita, KS, formerly of Mannford, OK, went home to be with the Lord on August 28, 2012 in Wichita. She was born on June 1, 1926, to Bernell (Barney) and Eula Mae Goins Jennings, in Tonkawa, OK. On February 23, 1944 she was united in marriage to Weldon Louis Juby in McPherson, KS. She and Jub lived in Russell and St John, KS, before moving to Mannford, OK. They were married 59 years. Weldon preceded her in death on April 9, 2003. Together they raised two sons, David and Shawn.

Inez is survived by her two sons, David & Brenda Juby of Cedar Rapids, IA, and Shawn & Dawn Juby of Wichita, KS; grandchildren, Tia, Ian & Jessica, Rachel, and Melissa Juby; brothers, Roy & Dixie Jennings of Mannford, OK, and Evertt & Collene Jennings of Edmond, OK; sisters, Dott & Lee Hoberecht of Derby, KS, Pat & Bob Brackeen of Joplin, MO, and Sue & Bill Atkinson of Dallas, TX.

She was preceded in death by her parents & husband, Weldon; sister-in-law, Sue; brothers-in-law, Bevin Allen & Larry Oberle; and brother, Bill Jennings.

Inez loved the Lord and delighted in reading and discussing His word. She sang in many churches and performed with a group in St John, KS. A beautician by trade in St John, she enjoyed fixing hair and visiting with her clients. Her greatest joy was spending time with her family. The grandchildren enjoyed many games of "Chicken Foot" dominoes with Grandma, who often won! She had her own motorcycle for years and she and Jub often took family vacations on their bikes.



A Committal Service was held, 10:30 AM Friday, August 31, 2012 at Oak Hill Cemetery, Mannford, OK, later, a Celebration of Life Service was held at 1:30 PM at First Baptist Church in Mannford, with Pastor Bill Atkinson officiating.
