Hazel Goldie Blake, 87, of Mannford, went to be with the Lord, August 16, 2012 in Tulsa, OK. She was born to parents, Calvin & Bertha Anderson on December 6, 1924 in Muskogee, OK. She married the love of her life, William "Earl" Blake on January 31, 1946 in Beckley, West Virginia. She was a homemaker.



Hazel is preceded in death by her parents, two brothers, & one sister. She is survived by her husband, William "Earl", of the home, children, Bill & Sandra Blake Jr. of Sand Springs, OK, Charles & Rebecca Blake of Stillwater, OK, Janice & Mark Reed of Keystone, OK, Ray & Shelly Blake of Mannford, OK, brother/n/law, Robert & Rita Blake of Front Royal, Virginia, ten grandchildren, eight great grandchildren & numerous other relatives & friends.



Services were held, 10:00 AM Tuesday, August 21, 2012 at Mannford Assembly of God Church with Pastor Don Yandell officiating, under the direction of Mannford Funeral Home.
