A Memorial Service was held at
11:00 A.M. Saturday, April 23, 2016 at
Lakeside Baptist Church in
Mannford, Oklahoma.
At the family's request, Jake was cremated and his cremains were buried
next to his wife, Carmella, in Oak Hill Cemetery.
Memorial Gifts my be given to "Food For Kids Backpack Program"
P. O. Box 1511 Mannford, Oklahoma 74044, in Jake's memory.
