Services were held at 1:00 PM Saturday, February 11, 2017
at First Baptist Church Of Terlton in Terlton, Oklahoma.
Interment followed at Terlton Cemetery.

Doris M. (Spivey) Stamper 78, of Terlton, Ok. went to be with her Lord and Savior on Feb. 9, 2017 in Tulsa, Ok. Doris was born in Coats, N.C. in 1938, to parents, James & Esther Norris Spivey. She attended and graduated from Ben Haven High School in Harnett County, N.C.
Upon graduation she met and married Harold Stamper in Dillon S.C. and lived in Southern Pines for a short time. Later they moved to Bartlesville, OK. where they resided for apprx 15 years and then moved to Terlton, OK. Doris was employed by Pharmaseal/Baxter in Mannford, OK. and retired from there after being employed 25 plus years.
She loved crocheting, excelled at bowling, enjoyed reading her bible and going to flea markets. She also enjoyed spending time with her children and grandchildren as well as fishing with her friends.
Doris was the first of four children and preceded in death by her mother; Esther (Norris) Spivey, father; James Alvin Spivey, husband; Harold Stamper, son; James Stamper and daughter-in-law; Debra Lynn Stamper.
She is survived by her daughter-in-law; Tina Stamper of Terlton, OK., son; Robert Stamper of Terlton, OK., daughters; Debbie & Kenny Kelsey of Cleveland, OK., Cindy Stamper-West of Terlton, OK., & Tammy & Doug Collins of Stillwater, OK. siblings; Virginia & David Lane of Cameron, N.C., Rosie Smith of Johnsonville, N.C., & Lillie & Donnie O'Quinn of Sanford, N.C. Ten grandchildren, seventeen great grandchildren, & numerous nieces and nephews.
