 A CELEBRATION OF LIFE MEMORIAL SERVICE
was held at 2:00 P.M. Saturday, November 11, 2017
at Crossroads Community Bible Church in Mannford, Oklahoma.

At the Family's request, Donna was cremated
and her family will care for her cremains.

Memorial Gifts may be given to St. Jude Tribute Program
P . O. Box 1000, Dept. 142  Memphis, TN 381480-0142,
in Donna's memory.
