~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
The following was lovingly written by Devon's mom, Tiffany...
It is with profound sadness that
we announce the passing of
Devon Christopher Aikins, 31,
who passed away on April 6th, 2025 at
Saint Francis Hospital,
surrounded by the comfort and love
of his family, after a short, but
courageous battle with cancer.
He was truly a remarkable person,
known for his brilliant mind, quick wit
and sense of humor.
After graduating a year early from high school
Devon earned a degree in broadcasting.
He was a talented self-taught multi-instrument musician,
a writer and a computer game programmer.
He enjoyed spending time with his friends
and hanging out at the game shop.
Devon's life was a testament to strength
and resilience beginning at an early age.
He faced the challenges of his illness
with courage and determination.
Devon was a bright light who is
truly loved and missed.
May he rest in peace.
"Even in the darkness,
there is always light
to be found."
-Unknown
"The best and most beautiful things in the world
cannot been seen or even touched -
they must be felt with the heart."
