by Michael's mom, Susan...


Michael Barton (Marsh)

Michael was born in Tulsa, Oklahoma. 
 He attended Mark Twain and
 Chouteau Elementary School.  
He went to Union where he played
 football, basketball and track. 
 He went to school in North Dallas 
and participated in the National Spelling Bee 
where he won 2nd place!  
That was a big accomplishment. 
He finished with a High School Diploma.
He worked as a Carpenter,
 he built swimming pools,
 and he painted for the
 family-owned business.
Michael enjoyed riding his jet skis
 with his friends.  
His favorite place was in our RV 
where he loved riding the golf cart 
and playing in the woods and
 on the beach with his dog.
 Campfires with friends and family,
 he made friends wherever he was.  
He liked helping anyone that asked 
and was generous to anyone in need.  
He knew Jesus and
 spent his last few weeks in peace
 learning more about Christ.

I'll see you on the beach in Heaven….
