The following was lovingly written
by Charlene's family...
Charlene Casey
(affectionately known as Fluff and Chuck),
born March 14, 1958 in Tulsa, Oklahoma,
passed away on November 14, 2025
in Mannford, Oklahoma.
Charlene was the beloved spouse
of Cheryl O'Connell,
with whom she shared
27 years of love and partnership.
She was a devoted mother
to Kristin Record and Brittany Jarboe,
and a cherished mother-in-law
to Justin Record.
Her joy multiplied in her role
as grandmother to Rhett Record
(and his wife Zoe Record),
Emma Record, Deklyn,
and Maverick.
She also shared a deep bond with
her sister Arlene Casey,
who was not only her sibling but
her lifelong friend.
Charlene delighted in being
part of Arlene's family,
embracing her nephews Lincoln and Justus
with love and pride.
Together, they created memories
filled with laughter,
loyalty, and the kind of connection
that endures across generations.
Charlene's life was rich with love,
humor, and adventure.
She adored her dogs,
treasured her wife and family,
and carried a spirit that
was both funny and fiercely loyal.
She embodied tough love,
but if she loved you,
she loved you forever.
She enjoyed fishing trips,
adventures near and far,
cheering football,
and the thrill of the casino.
She especially loved watching golf,
a pastime that brought her joy and relaxation.
Though her daddy passed before her,
his presence remained a
guiding light throughout her life,
shaping her strength and devotion.
Above all, her grandkids were her
heart's delight.
Charlene's legacy is one of devotion,
humor, and unshakable love.
She will be remembered for her warmth,
her strength, and the way
she made every person
she loved feel cherished.
Charlene is preceded in death
by her parents Arle Casey and Ruth Casey.
"Family is not an important thing,
it's everything."
