Cam was a huge Dallas Cowboy football fan!
He loved the Cowboys and football.
His family would like to do a 
Dallas Cowboy themed service.
 They ask you to please wear something
 blue or white to honor Cam.

 if you would like to do 
something special to honor Cam, 
his mom suggested 
planting a tree in his memory.
