Calvin Richard Stokes' Obituary
A GRAVESIDE MEMORIAL SERVICE
was held at 11:00 AM Wednesday, August 28, 2019
at The Sunset Memorial Gardens, 6500 So. Perkins Road
in Stillwater, Oklahoma.
At The Family's request, Calvin was cremated
and his family will bury his cremains.
Memorial Gifts may be given to
Wounded Warrior Project P. O. Box 758516
Topeka, Kansas 66675, in Calvin's memory.

Calvin passed from this life to eternal life on August 2, 2019.
He was born on August 8, 1923 in Glencoe, OK. to Walter and Edith Stokes.
He married Virginia Sutton on December 22, 1942 in Stillwater, OK.
His wife preceded him in death in 2015.
He is survived by three children; Calvarene Cossey of Okla. City,
Mike Stokes of Mannford, & Ruby Wise of Enid,
five grandchildren, ten great grandchildren, & one great great grandchild.
He was an employee of Southwestern Bell Telephone Company before retirement.
He was a World War II Veteran. He was a member of Lakeview Christian Church in Mannford, OK.
He was a loving husband, father, & grandfather.
He will be missed by all whose lives he touched.
