The following was lovingly written by
 Billy Ray's sister, Christy...

On Friday, December 6, 2024,
 our father and brother, 
Billy Ray Mills, Jr., 
went home to be with his 
Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. 
 He was born in Ardmore, Oklahoma, 
on Friday, September 13, 1963, 
to Billy Ray Mills and Carolyn Janet Craddock.

He was very proud of his Chickasaw Heritage 
and belonging to the Chickasaw tribe,
 as well as his family 
and his belief in the Lord Jesus Christ.  
Born a natural salesman 
he worked for Schwann's and 
Production Manufacturing, 
for more than 20+ years each.  
While working at Production Mfg. 
he was also the co-owner of Coyote Corner.

Billy was preceded in death by
 his parents Billy Sr. and Caroly Mills.  
He is survived by his children, 
Bradley and Jessica Mills 
of Sand Springs, Oklahoma, and
 Brittney and Mike Adkisson
 of Sand Springs, Oklahoma, 
his sister, Christy Mills
 of Tulsa, Oklahoma, 
his brother, Jeff and Melanie Mills 
of Albuquerque, New Mexico,
 his grandchildren,
 Baylei and Stanley Mills and 
Megan and Sarah Adkisson,
 his nephew, Jimmy and Kelsey Mills 
of Glenpool, Oklahoma,
 his nieces, Sacha Mills 
of Florida, and
 Alli Mills of
 Albuquerque, New Mexico. 
and his great nieces, 
Halle, Lexi and Nadia Mills 
and numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, 
nephews and cousins.

Billy never met a stranger and
 loved being around people.  
He had a big personality,
 an infectious smile and a hearty laugh.
  While presenting a tough exterior, 
he was an overly sensitive person. 
 He loved his family immensely, 
and his desire was to have a close family.  
He was always sharing Jesus with everyone, 
whether it was with someone he knew
 or someone he met at a restaurant or casino. 
 He also had a desire to help people
 who were less fortunate that he was.
  Multiple times he would bring
 someone home with him saying 
that this guy needs some help, 
he is my new roommate.  
We look for solace in the 
comforting words of Jesus,
 John 11:25; "I am the resurrection and the life. 
 The one, who exercises faith in me, 
even though he dies, will come to life;"

There will be a private spreading of his ashes.
