Billie Esther Sawatzke was born on December 24, 1936 to Jake and Nellie Barkman Sawatzke in Weatherford, OK. She attended Foss Public Schools for twelve years. While in High School, Billie was a member of the Women's
Basketball team. She graduated from Foss High School in May 1955.

On July 28, 1955, Billie was united in marriage to Gene H. Nickel where they resided in Clinton, OK. Later they moved to Meno, OK. To that marriage; two
children were born; Debra Kaye and Gregory Gene. Billie was employed at the Enid State School at that time. From there she moved to Enid.

Other employment she had while living in Enid was Manuel Paint & Body Shop, Holding's Covenience Stores, Coca Cola Bottling and Pioneer School.

Billie married Oliver F. Manuel on Aug 7, 1970. She gained 4 step children; Elaine, Ed, Orville and Duane Manuel.

Billie moved to Lahoma, OK in the late 1980's where she resided until 2010. On June 14, 2010 she married Paul Morgan and moved to the Mannford, OK area. Paul and Billie were members of the Church of Christ in Mannford, OK.

During Billie's life some of the things she enjoyed doing were hunting, fishing, crocheting and other crafts. She loved attending and watching activities that her
children and grandchildren were involved in. She loved meeting new people and helping out wherever she could. Billie had a big heart! She had a soft spot in her heart for her pets.
Billie grew up in the Mennonite Church. Later she attended Pentecostal Holiness
and Nazarene Churches. She has always known Jesus Christ as her Savior and was first baptized at an early age.

Billie Morgan is survived by husband Paul Morgan of Mannford, Daughter; Debbie Sprague and husband JR of Darrouzett, TX, son; Greg Nickel of Chula Vista,CA. Step Children; Elaine Bagley of Portland, OR, Ed Manuel and wife Sharon of Enid, OK, Orville Manuel of Edmond, OK and Duane Manuel and wife Susan of Burns Flat, OK. Grandchildren; Haley and Andrew Sprague of Darrouzett, TX,
Blake Crawford of Washington, Courtland, Teagann and Mick Nickel of Chula Vista, CA. Blake and Erin Bagley, Samantha Dougherty, Kelly, Kyle, Sean, Jessica
and Cory Manuel and sister, Jo Ferguson of Midwest City, OK. Billie had several great grandchildren, many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Billie is preceded in death by Father; Jake Sawatzke, Mother; Nellie Sawatzke; sisters; Eva Jewell, Viola Frieda, Magdalena and Helen Ann; Husbands; Gene H
Nickel, Oliver Manuel and Marvin Hatfield.

Everyone that knew Billie in any way will miss her very much!!
